Be aware of all the Internet/Nigerian-type (Cashier's Check) scams out there, and don't trust anyone. Ever! Click here for more information from Launch.net. Click here for similar information from the UK.
Click Here to see examples of a forged cashier's check I received for one of my own items for sale. I bait "purchasers" into mailing them to a safe PO Box in the attempt to obtain bad checks to show as evidence here. If others have had similar results, I would appreciate scans of different fakes to showcase on this website. Please email them to me!
This is a free service, attempting to be updated on a somewhat regular basis unless I am out of town or otherwise busy for an extended period of time (i.e. Balloon Fiesta). In no way do I attempt to compete with any other "For Sale" sites out there, but I do happen to believe the more exposure people get when selling their hot air balloon equipment, the better off everyone is.
